Television
BBC Enterprises have again allegedly hinted that they have something significant lined up Doctor Who’s 30th anniversary.
Cinema Verity is said to be negotiating rights to make new Doctor Who.
Audios
The much-discussed Power of the Daleks and Fury From the Deep soundtrack audio cassettes have been delayed pending the Beeb obtaining better recording equipment to read the original soundtracks. Previous reports have also indicated that the poor quality of the recordings makes a release currently impossible. The releases are, however, still scheduled for later this year.
UNIT and Brigadier are rumoured to be appearing in the forthcoming Jon Pertwee radio series.

The Invasion will be priced £16.99 and if successful then it might persuade the BBC to return to releasing moe 6 episode releases.
Tomb of the Cybermen has sold 100,000 copies worldwide.
The Trial of a Time Lord has been cleared for release.

Eric Saward looks set to novelise his two Dalek stories at last (Resurrection of the Daleks and Revelation of the Daleks). There is also talk he may novelise the unmade Colin Baker story Return of the Autons aka Yellow Fever and How to Cure It.
