Billie Piper is staying with Doctor Who for Series 2, putting an end to speculation she might be about to leave the series.
The Sun reports that Billie, who is currently filming her second series as Rose Tyler, was said to be considering quitting. But the newspaper quotes new Doctor David Tennant as saying:
“Billie is hanging around. Despite what you may have read.”
Both David and Billie will be seen again in tomorrow night’s Christmas Invasion as Doctor Who returns to BBC One.
