Dapol are set to relaunch their popular sets of Doctor Who action figures, following the success of the project to relaunch 1960s toys and merchandise, notably those from Marx.
Having now issued their versions of the Tricky Action Daleks (AKA the Bump ‘n’ Go Daleks), complete with replica box, Dapol intend to reissue their popular four inch Dalek with an improved gun stick and claw hand instead of the famous plunger.
Other merchandise scheduled from the company include replica 1960s Doctor Who yo-yos and the long awaited 12-inch figure range, beginning with the Seventh Doctor and Mel this coming October.
In other news, an updated schedule for the Virgin reprints of the classic Target novels ranges is available, with several other books also on the radar.
October: Tomb of the Cybermen, Attack of the Cybermen
November: The Savages, The War Machines
December: The Ark, The Celestial Toymaker
November will also see the third and final release from Jean Marc-L’Officer’s factual book trilogy, The Universal Databank. December meanwhile sees the release of The Fourth Doctor Handbook.
