Rejoice! Series 8 won’t be split over two years producer Steven Moffat has confirmed.
Speaking at the BFI’s eleventh Doctor event yesterday, Moffat stated simply and concisely:
“There’ll be no split.”
That’s about as clear as can be. Moffat has previously stated he has no information on air dates but August or September is expected.
Series 8 begins filming soon and it’s expected we may just get our first glimpse of Peter Capaldi’s costume soon as well…
