New photos and video have emerged of Game of Thrones actress Maisie Williams on set alongside Peter Capaldi.

Williams, who was announced as starring in Series 9 last month, was filming at Castell Coch in Fforest Fawr, Wales.

The images reveal Williams to be potentially portraying a Highwaywoman in the episodes as she holds up a stagecoach containing Capaldi’s Doctor.

New footage of Tom Riley and Peter Capaldi on location for Series 8 of Doctor Who has been released online for the as yet officially untitled Mark Gatiss Third Episode of Series 8.

The video names Tom Riley’s character in the episode so you might want to give this one a miss for a smallish spoiler.
