Freddie Rochez somehow managed to live and study in Cardiff for three years without meeting a single cast member of Doctor Who. This remains one of his greatest failures. On his twenty-third birthday, his housemates threw a surprise Doctor Who/Mad Hatter tea party. There was a Dalek cake stand. This remains one of his greatest moments. In his spare time, Freddie enjoys running, writing, and investigating the machinations of the Faction Paradox. But you didn't hear that from us.

When he is not at university studying for his History degree or on the road being the guitar/bass technician for Menswear, Alex spends his days writing for the Doctor Who review site 'Review The Who', and somewhere along the lines has become fandom's leading expert on the hatred of Adric. His views on Adric can be summed up by this quote from an earlier article - " I may give off the impression of hating Adric for the sheer fact that every time I hear the Manic Street Preachers’ song “Motown Junk”, I change the line from “I laughed when Lennon got shot” to “I laughed when Adric blew up”."

Michael East is the founder of Doctor Who Worldwide. Best selling author, great statesmen, Ambassador to the Netherlands… Michael is none of these things. He was however named TIME Person of the Year in 2006 and 2011, is an award winning web designer, a comedy Marxist and according to some engineered the omnirumour with the aid of Benedict Cumberbatch. He enjoys beards, retrogaming and classic TV. He is not a hipster.

Once upon a time a daft, wonderful, clever mad man imprinted on an 11 year old girl. 10 years on the little girl grew up, and probably fell in love with a man called The Doctor a bit too much. Inspired entirely by Doctor Who, I have been working my way up so I can work on the show. Being only 21, career wise it's only just beginning, but I have spent the best part of 6 years working and doing courses in order to better qualify myself and get a good chance of being looked at by the BBC. I am now at University of Brighton studying Multimedia Broadcast Journalism. Some might say I am ambitious, some might say I am mad. One thing I am is, determined. No show, ever, has ever captured me in the way Doctor Who has. I could write a giant essay just on my love for the show. I am not one of those tween fangirls that only loves the show because they fancied Matt or David, (although to be fair, I did but sshh). I GET IT. I get the show. This show has taught me so much, inspired me, been there for me through everything and I have grown up with it. I feel like this show is more like my best friend, a friend that stabs me in the feels all the time and makes me cry, but a friend nonetheless. I am a freelance writer/proofreader and trade as Mined The Gap. I have also recently opened an online Doctor Who merchandise shop - Doctor Who Sales UK. Aside from running my businesses I am one of a board of directors for a large social housing provider in the North of England and over the years have managed a number of homelessness projects. A fan since the early seventies I see the Doctor as a hero and role model for the uprooted, the oppressed and marginalised but wish that instead of sharing the Doctor's empathetic mind-set I had an actual TARDIS to circumvent the bedroom tax and solve the UK housing shortage. Alongside writing about Doctor Who I am currently researching first century Christianity and Judaism, building on my theology masters degree at Oxford University. I have contributed four essays in the You and Who books published by MIWK.

Matthew Kresal was born and raised in North Alabama but strangely never developed a southern accent and has been mistaken for being from Minnesota on occasion. He first became a Doctor Who fan in January 2007 after checking The Five Doctors-Special Edition DVD out of the local public library though he first encountered the Doctor via episode four of Planet Of Evil on BBC America back during the summer of 2000. Since then he has explored the Doctor Who universe in its TV, book, comic and especially audio forms. Being an avid writer, he has contributed to numerous Doctor Who fanzines including The Terrible Zodin and Whotopia as well as contributing to the books Outside In and the first volume of You And Who. He's also moved into the podcasting world as a host of The 20mb Doctor Who Podcast and the Big Finish centric Stories From The Vortex podcast.
