Doctor Who Comes To Lovefilm

Following the BBC’s deal with Netflix last month, the Corporation has now cut a similar deal with Amazon owned Lovefilm.

The deal, which will allow Lovefilm to stream video-on-demand content to subscribers, will see shows such as Doctor Who, Spooks, Life on Mars and more being available through the service..

BBC Worldwide’s UK/Ireland Sales and Distribution Head Lisa Rousseau said:

“We’ve had a content partnership with LoveFilm for several years now and it’s great to see this evolve digitally.”

LoveFilm is available via PC, Apple iPad, Xbox 360, PS3 and internet-connected smart TVs.
