It’s the big one, the obligatory favourite story poll.
Over the years as fan attitudes and times have changed many different stories have topped polls such as this and yet time and again the same stories get mentioned. Caves, Genesis, Evil, the bonafied classics of the series. But the show is so varied and diverse, spanning such a grand period of time that one person’s classic is another’s rubbish. Every story has it’s fans (yes, even Timelash) and every one has it’s place in history.
There are far too many stories to list on this poll so we have named the top 25 main contenders, those that are frequently mentioned in similar surveys. Of course if we’ve missed your favourite, please accept our apologies and you can input it in the space provided at the bottom.
