Latest Odds on Jenna Coleman’s Replacement - Rose Leslie, Chris Addison Amongst Frontrunners

The odds for Jenna Coleman’s replacement in Doctor Who are already out and there are some surprising names apparently in contention.

Despite the BBC refusing to confirm or deny the actress will be leaving at Christmas, bookmakers Ladbrokes have named Game of Thrones star Rose Leslie as the frontrunner to replace Coleman with odds of 14/1.

Scottish actress Leslie is best known for her roles as Ygritte in Game of Thrones and Gwen Dawson in Downton Abbey, having left the HBO show this year after Ygritte’s death in The Watchers on the Wall.

“Jenna’s exit came as a big shock, but punters don’t seem to mind too much and are in the thick of it placing bets on a Capaldi-Addison reunion.”
